  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability or suspected fraud.

3. Product Information

  • All floral arrangements are fresh, hand-crafted, and perishable.

  • Colors, shapes, and styles may vary slightly from photos due to the nature of live flowers.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery windows must be selected at checkout. A 10-minute grace period applies.

  • Delivery fees vary by distance and may include toll surcharges.

  • Certain areas may be excluded from delivery (e.g., Block Island, ZIP 02807).

  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, inaccessible address, or other issues, the order is considered final sale.

5. Pickup

  • Pickup orders must be collected during the scheduled window.

  • A 15-minute grace period applies.

  • All sales are final; missed pickups may result in the order being unavailable.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • All floral sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for missed pickups, missed deliveries, or cancellations.

  • Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 1 hour of delivery. Replacement or resolution is case-by-case, due to the perishable nature of products.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Rosas By Crystal is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your purchase or use of products.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Privacy

  • Customer information is used only for processing orders and providing services.

  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties outside of delivery or payment processing partners.
